Project Mobile Kitchen, Ablution and Butchery Units

Challenge
The Ministry required fully self contained mobile units with a minimum
amount of maintenance. Additionally, each unit was needed within
a six month time frame. Bids were sought for the projects to meet
quality specifications at the least possible cost.
Solution
Khanco designed a complete approach for all units with timeline strategies
to address design, procurement, materials inventory and schedules.
All fabrication was completed in-house to streamline communications
and processes.
Result
The projects delivered on-time and on-budget. The Ministry was complementary
regarding the ease of working with Khanco and the level of attention
before and after project completion.
